Songs That Changed the World

at Free Word Centre

The Nobel Peace Center is proud to present, for the first time outside of Norway, Songs that Changed the World.

This is a one-of-a-kind event where a young and outspoken Norwegian musician interprets and performs a song that they believe has changed the world. For this event, up-and-coming R&B musician MYRA will pick a song to set the tone for a conversation about music and freedom of speech.

This event will be part of the Trafalgar Square Christmas tree celebrations. The Norwegian Christmas Tree is given in gratitude for British help and friendship during the Second World War.

This is a collaboration between The Nobel Peace Centre and Øya Festival.
