Jimmy Smash is made up of duo Mikkel Graham Guttormsen and Håvard Lyngstad, and they have been experimenting with their style and influences over the years. Misguided is the funk-filled finale to make part of their new EP.
Described as “a three-minute piece of happiness” by The Line of Best Fit, Misguided certainly brings summer feelings and joy to listeners.
Following on from Jimmy Smash’s debut EP in 2020 Bloom and the release of three songs the last year, the duo have unleashed their second EP HOME this month, with both Guttormsen and Lyngstad as producers.
“For us personally, HOME is a symbol of full creative freedom and that we have found our way back to the mindset we had in the beginning where we made music for our own ears,” say the duo about their newly released EP.
