Once again Norwegian vocalist Ingrid Helene Håvik offers her interesting counter to folk sound as the band Highasakite returns to London.

Highasakite provides blissful harmonies using everything from steel drums to french horns. They build mesmeric patterns from acoustic guitars and autoharps and phase seamlessly in and out of chord structures. The band have been featured on NPR’s tiny desk concerts and various music festivals, but have kept a profile small enough as you can still manage to see them in an intimate setting.
